Summer in Abtenau - every day something special

Visiting one of the huts in a pasture area,a day swimming at the leisure pool park in Abtenau,mountain biking along one of our many trails,or a fun ride down the summer-toboggan run at Karkogel mountain - there are activities for everybody in our area.

Winter at Lammertal valley-
on your skis - and go!!

Our valley is an excellent place for your family skiing holiday! The Sonnleiten Lift beginner slope is right next to our house.Also very close: Erlebnisberg Karkogel - the smaller ski area in Abtenau

You can reach the neighboring villages Rußbach and Annaberg using the free shuttle busses. That is the access to the larger Dachstein-West ski area.

Alternative to alpine skiing you can explore the romantic winter landscape by horse-drawn carriage, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.

The access to the cross country skiing tracks (a total of 50 km in Abtenau) is just 50 meters away from our house.
